Abstract
Pneumothorax occurred after intercostal nerve block in the treatment of post-herpetic neuralgia. The treatment for the Pneumothorax consisted of first removing 1300ml of air by thoracentesis and second, inhalation of 100% oxygen. Although reginal block is a simple technique it still must be done with care.
